[Meeting in French]
This whole day event is part of the national cycle of cross-disciplinary seminars 'Corps et prothèses : vécus, usages, contextes' (Bodies and prostheses: experiences, uses and contexts).
The relationship between the body and technology, as well as topics related to the augmented human and transhumanism, have occupied a significant place in the media and academic debates in recent years, but with a focus on certain representations and perspectives that are often far removed from realities in the field. The main challenge of this seminar is to open up discussions about experiences with the various technologies, based on the notion of the field, subjective experiences and a cross-disciplinary approach at the crossroads of sociology, anthropology, philosophy, ethics, medical engineering, medicine and health sciences.
In partnership with Lyon 2 Lumière University, Universities of Strasbourg, Claude Bernard Lyon 1 University, Pierre and Marie Curie University (UPMC), Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Maison des Sciences de l’Homme Paris Nord, INSERM, CNRS, Labex SMART, GDR Robotique et Santé, and Espace de Réflexion Éthique Région Alsace.
