A 'floe' is a sizeable piece of sea ice that thickens to become pack ice. Here, a man finds himself faced with this amazing landscape, which he will have to cross for his own salvation. The exploration of this terra incognita traces the drama and poetry of action as the man appears and disappears behind the relief of the sculpture, falling, climbing, waiting, hanging, sliding and falling again…
