Scientists between sounding the alarm, lobbyists and public authorities: Battle of influence against health?

On November 28, 2016, nearly a hundred scientists signed a text in Le Monde newspaper to massively denounce the danger of endocrine disruptors, the manufacture of doubt by the industrials and the low restrictions on them, which is soon going to be signed in Brussels. Science, that protects citizens and issues justified warnings, comes up against a wall of industrial lobbyists regarding the regulation and the elimination of endocrine disruptors. Who are the real actors? What is really happening among them? How do these actors who disagree communicate? What is the place of the authority of a scientific argument, between interests and values? In what way are collective interpretations of a public problem constructed?
